The most unreal class. Mikka is the absolute best and pushes you to your limits while still being so encouraging. This was the first class l've taken with her and she is my favorite instructor by MILES.
Mikka was a great instructor! She gave very clear instructions and helped to guide us in ensuring proper form between each set. She also was super motivating and gave positive reinforcement throughout the class. Would love to come back!
A machine of a woman. Strong voice, commanding presence. She helped me out when I was confused. It was my third fitness class of the day. I was spent but enjoyed it!
